Police appeal to locate missing girl at Coffs Harbour

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a girl missing from the state’s north coast.

Veronica Rigby, aged 13, was last seen at home in Sandy Beach, around 11am on Friday (11 August 2023).

When she did not return and was unable to be contacted by family, officers from Coffs-Clarence Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for her welfare due to her age.

Veronica is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 160cm tall, with black hair, blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a black top and black pants.

She is believed to frequent the South Grafton area.
