Police appeal to locate sisters missing from Mt Druitt

Police are seeking public assistance to locate two missing sisters from Sydney’s west.

Amber Bagust-King, 14 and her sister Laura Bagust-King, 13, were last seen at a home on Luxford Road, Tregear, about 1.30pm yesterday (Tuesday 2 January 2024).

When they did not return home, the siblings were reported missing to officers from Leichhardt Police Area Command who commenced an investigation into their whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for their welfare due to their age.

Amber is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 165-170cm tall, thin build, fair complexion, with shoulder-length brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black singlet and a long black skirt.

Laura is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 165-170cm tall, thin build, fair complexion, with shoulder-length brown hair below shoulders.

Anyone with information about the siblings’ whereabouts is urged to contact Mt Druitt Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
