Police appeal to locate teenage boy – Fairfield PAC 1 December

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from south-west Sydney.

Michael Fomai, aged 14, was last seen in Cabramatta about 4pm on Wednesday (29 November 2023).

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Fairfield Police Area Command were notified at 5pm yesterday (Thursday 30 November 2023) and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare due to his young age.

Michael is described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, 155cm tall, thin build, short black hair, brown eyes and brown complexion.

He was last seen wearing a grey cap, soccer jersey, green pants and white/red coloured shoes.

Michael is known to frequent the Cabramatta, Mount Druitt and Liverpool areas.

Anyone with information into Michael’s whereabouts is urged to call Fairfield Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
