Police appeal to locate woman missing from Sydney CBD

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from the Sydney CBD since last month.

Rose Yumul, aged 29, was last seen in the Sydney CBD, about 4pm on Friday 1 September 2023.

When she could not be located or contacted, officers from Burwood Police Area Command were notified last Monday (23 October 2023) and commenced inquiries to locate her.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare.

Rose is described as Asian appearance, 165cm tall, slim build, olive skin and brown shoulder length hair.

She was last seen wearing a dark green dress, gold wristwatch on left hand and carrying a black handbag.

Rose is known to frequent the Sydney CBD, Parramatta and Auburn areas.

Anyone who has seen Rose or has information of her whereabouts is urged to call Burwood Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
