Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Dante Ferretti-Bergagna.
The 18-year-old was last seen on Cassells Road, Brunswick about 11am on 14 September.
It’s believed he may have since been sighted on Victoria Street, Brunswick about 7.40pm.
He is described as 180cm tall, slim build with dark hair and he was wearing a black hoodie, black jeans and was a black backpack.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
Dante is known to frequent the Brunswick area.
Investigators have released a photo of Dante in the hope someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
