Police and emergency services are currently at the scene of a fatal collision in Burnside Heights.
It is believed two vehicles collided near the corner of Westwood Drive and Tenterfield Drive about 3.30pm.
The male driver and only occupant of one of the vehicles has died at the scene.
The male driver of the second vehicle along with his passengers, an adult female and two children, are being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
The exact cause of the collision is being investigated.
