Major Crash Investigation officers are investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred in Floreat on Thursday 21 November 2019.
Around 7.30pm a silver Toyota Prado station sedan was travelling in an easterly direction on The Boulevard when it collided with a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a 64-year-old Floreat woman, was conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital with life threatening injuries and later died.
The driver of the Toyota Prado was uninjured.
Major Crash Investigators are seeking anyone who saw the crash, saw the woman walking in the area of The Boulevard or crossing the road, or anyone with dashcam footage is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report online at crimestopperswa.com.au
