Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash which occurred in Marble Bar today, Tuesday 9 January 2024.
Just before 10am, a heavy recovery tow truck was towing a garbage truck on Great Northern Highway, travelling north, when it left the roadway and rolled.
The 75-year-old male driver died at the scene.
