Police are at the scene of a serious crash at Birdwood

Just after 5.40pm today (Thursday 30 July) police and emergency services were called to the intersection of Randell and Peake Roads, after reports that a car had collided with a tree.
The driver of the car suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital. The passenger in the car suffered minor injuries.
Traffic delays are expected for several hours as Major Crash officers examine the scene, and please avoid the area if possible.
Randell Road is closed between Torrens Valley Road and Tungkillo Road.
