Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a serious crash that occurred in Morley today, Monday, 26 July 2021.
Around 9:35 am, a grey Mitsubishi ASX was driving south on Wheeler Street and an 82-year-old female was crossing Wheeler Street at the intersection of Walter Road West, where the collision occurred.
The pedestrian, an 82-year-old woman, received serious injuries and was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital by ambulance.
The 42-year-old female driver of the vehicle was unhurt.
Major Crash investigators are conducting an examination of the scene and are appealing for witnesses to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report the information online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
