Melbourne Crime Investigation Unit detectives have charged a man following a burglary at a Parkville hospital last month.
The 20-year-old Melbourne man was arrested on Monday 18 October and subsequently charged with burglary and theft of motor vehicle.
He will appear before Melbourne Magistrates’ Court today.
The charges follow an alleged burglary at a hospital on Flemington Road about 7.30am on 27 September.
Police will allege the man stole a set of car keys from an office area before entering a car park and driving away in the vehicle.
The man allegedly exited the car when approached by security.
