Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the death of a woman in Parkville this morning (25 May).
Emergency services were called to Elliott Avenue about 9.15am after the woman’s body was located by a passer-by.
The woman is yet to be formally identified.
At this stage the circumstances surrounding her death are yet to be established, however it is being treated as suspicious.
No arrests have yet been made and the investigation is ongoing.
