Police are investigating after a man was shot in Heidelberg West on 26 August.
It is understood multiple shots were fired at the man outside a property on Malacca Street about 12pm.
The 37-year-old was taken to hospital with serious injuries, while the unknown offenders fled the scene in a vehicle.
The incident is being treated as targeted.
The investigation remains ongoing.
