Police are continuing to investigate a deliberately lit fire which destroyed a house on Cadbury Road at Claremont last night.
Tasmania Fire Service Fire Investigators have determined the fire was ignited by a Molotov cocktail which had been thrown at the residence.
One adult was inside the house at the time of the fire. The man saw the fire and evacuated uninjured.
