Armed Crime Squad detectives have arrested and charged a 35-year-old man following a non-fatal shooting in Epping last week.
The man, who is from no fixed address, was arrested on Friday night and has since been charged with intentionally cause serious injury, recklessly cause serious injury, drug and firearms offences.
He was remanded to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court today.
The charges related to a non-fatal shooting that allegedly occurred on Friday 7 February in High Street, Epping about 4.30am.
A 37-year-old Epping man sustained non-fatal injuries and was taken to hospital.
