Police make arrests over unlawful entry in Alice Springs 10 August

Three youths who are alleged to have damaged two cars before stealing bikes and cash in the unlawful entry of an Alice Springs business, have been arrested.

Just after 1am on Tuesday a business on Fogarty Street was unlawfully entered by five people who damaged the windows of two vehicles before stealing two bikes and a sum of cash before leaving the property.

Investigations by Strike Force Viper identified three youths all aged 14-years-old, who were arrested the following morning and transported to the Alice Springs Watch House where they were charged with one count each of Unlawful entry, Criminal Damage, Stealing and Trespass, and will appear before court at a later date.

Investigations to identify others involved in the offending, continues.
