A 54-year-old male senior constable from the Brisbane Region has been served with a notice to appear for drink driving while off duty.
The officer has been stood down from duty with the Queensland Police Service and is expected to appear in the Caboolture Magistrates Court on February 5, charged with one count of driving a motor vehicle while over the legal limit.
