Police are investigating, following a fatal traffic crash near Barambah early this morning, August 31.
Initial information indicates sometime before 2am a semi-trailer carrying farm produce was travelling south on the Burnett Highway near the intersection with Kilcoy Murgon Road before leaving the roadway.
A man, believed to be the driver and sole occupant, died prior to the arrival of emergency crews.
Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the crash and confirm the identity of those involved.
Police would like to speak to any witnesses or anyone with relevant footage from that vicinity overnight.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
