Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing St Kilda man Matthew Leadbetter.
The 22-year-old was last seen at a medical facility on Graham Street in Shepparton on 13 June about 10.40am.
Police have concerns for his welfare.
He was last seen wearing all black clothing and sporting an orange mohawk.
Police have released an image of Matthew in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Matthew or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Shepparton Police Station on 5820 5777.
