Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Claudia Di Gregoro.
The 24-year-old woman was last seen at the Broadmeadows train station at 5.30pm yesterday afternoon.
Police have concerns for her welfare as she has a medical condition that requires medication.
Investigators have released an image of Claudia in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on her current whereabouts.
Claudia is approximately 165cm, with a thin build and light brown hair. She currently is wearing a moon boot due to injury.
Anyone who sees Claudia is urged to contact Broadmeadows Police Station on 9302 8222.
