Police are appealing for assistance to locate a man missing from Kew.
Timothy left a care facility in Kew East at 9am on Monday 15 June, before attending a store at Kew Junction at around 10am.
The 53-year-old was last seen in a store in Docklands at 7.30pm that night, and has not been seen or heard from since.
Police hold concerns for Timothy’s welfare as he lives with a dementia, and this is out of character.
Timothy is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 188cm tall, with a medium build and buzz-cut dark hair.
He has a barbed wire tattoo on his upper right arm.
Timothy was last seen wearing a black puffer jacket with grey panelling down each side, dark blue jeans and Converse boots. He was also carrying a duffle bag.
