Police are investigating following a suspicious fire at a premises in Narre Warren North overnight.
Emergency services were called to the corner of Hallam-Belgrave Road and Narre Warren North Road just before 12.40am following reports of a fire.
Two occupants a 23-year-old male and 22-year-old female both managed to evacuate and were uninjured.
The investigation into the exact cause of the blaze remains ongoing.
