Police update: Man charged after dangerous driving incidents, Kallangur and Narangba

Detectives this evening have charged a man with 22 offences following alleged dangerous driving incidents at Kallangur, Narangba and on the Bruce Highway earlier today (March 11).

The 38-year-old from Landsborough has been denied police bail and will remain in custody before appealing in the Maroochydore Magistrates Court tomorrow charged with 10 counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle while adversely affected by an intoxicating substance, three counts of wilful damage, two counts of attempted break and enter and one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, burglary and commit an indictable offence, stealing, receiving tainted property, obstruct police, failing to comply with a requirement to stop a vehicle and unlicensed driving.

Police continue to appeal for witnesses or motorists with relevant dashcam footage (see below).
