Murray-Wellington MLA Robyn Clarke officially opened the new Preston Beach Community Centre today on behalf of Regional Development Minister Alannah MacTiernan.

The McGowan Government invested $275,000 into the facility with a further $522,453 invested by project partners Lotterywest, the Federal Government’s Building Better Regions, Shire of Waroona and Alcoa.

As stated by Regional Development Minister Alannah MacTiernan:

“Communities need innovative spaces that are able to meet a range of needs and our investment has provided that facility for Preston Beach.
