Public place shooting, NSW

An investigation is underway following a public place shooting in Sydney’s south overnight.

Just after 9pm (Friday 19 November 2021), officers from St George Police Area Command were called to Queens Road, Connells Point, after reports shots had been fired.

Upon arrival, police located bullet holes in a home and vehicle that was parked in the driveway. The two male occupants of the home were uninjured.

A crime scene was established, which was examined by specialist forensic police, and detectives commenced an investigation into the incident.

With assistance from specialist police including the Public Order and Riot Squad, a search of the surrounding area was conducted.
