Have you noticed a problem with a street light near you? If so, you can easily report the fault on the Essential Energy website.
Just head to Report Streetlight Faults and you’ll find a simple tool that lets you search for a street light and tell Essential Energy what the problem is.
With this tool, you can also see if your neighbours have already reported the fault and Essential Energy has scheduled the light for maintenance.
