Young Territorians with a passion for making a difference in their community can now apply to be a 2024 NT Youth Week Ambassador.
NT Youth Week ambassadors receive the opportunity to develop leadership skills, get involved with their community and have their say on important topics that impact young Territorians.
Representing their communities, NT Youth Ambassadors choose the theme and lead the organisation and promotion of NT Youth Week 2024.
An annual event held in April each year, NT Youth week includes over 300 events and activities across the Territory, giving young people a platform to have their voices heard, raise concerns, express ideas, act on issues and celebrate their achievements.
In 2023, 7 NT Youth Week Ambassadors were chosen from a record number of applicants, representing the Top End, Central Australia, Barkly and East Arnhem regions.
