ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC: Slow moving severe thunderstorms leading to heavy rainfall for the Barkly. A trough lies through eastern NT and slow-moving severe thunderstorms are developing near it. Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Avon Downs and Barkly District east of Tennant Creek.
