In a history-making move, Harris Farm Markets has eliminated artificial colours after a five-year process working with suppliers.
Tristan Harris will be joined at the Lane Cove store at 11am by acclaimed pastry chef, Anna Polyviou, who is one of many suppliers who have joined Harris Farm on this journey.
