A huge thank-you to the City of Busselton for helping us to bring Life Now Mindfulness, Yoga and Meditation to Busselton! This amazing grant means that we have a range of free courses available now for sign-up in the Busselton area.

The City’s funding has enabled these evidence-based programs to be brought to the region, providing vital support for people affected by cancer, including patients, survivors, and their carers. The Life Now program is designed to promote physical and emotional wellbeing through guided practices that support stress reduction, relaxation, and overall quality of life.

Courses are facilitated by experienced professionals and are open to eligible participants living in the Busselton region. With mindfulness, yoga, and meditation now available locally, the program aims to make supportive care more accessible across the state.

Registrations are now open. If you are interested, please register via the Life Now course application.
