Northern Territory Police have formally identified two pedestrians who died in recent crashes across the Territory.
The pedestrian killed at Mataranka on 18 January 2024 has been identified as a 22-year-old man.
The pedestrian killed at Noonamah on 3 February 2024 has been identified as a 34-year-old man.
Detective Senior Sergeant Brendan Lindner said ” The identification of the deceased from the Mataranka fatal crash was the result of extensive work by detectives and forensic officers.
“The 22-year-old man’s identity was confirmed from DNA analysis of samples provided by his family.”
