Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Josh Meagher.
The 24-year-old is wanted on warrant for theft from motor vehicles.
Meagher is described as 175cm tall with a thin build, blue eyes and brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Bendigo area.
Investigators have released an image of Meagher in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
