The police operation has concluded, and a man has been arrested in the Blue Mountains.
About 11.40am (Thursday 13 July 2023), specialist operatives from the Tactical Operations Unit conducted a high-risk vehicle stop on the Great Western Highway, Katoomba, near Woodlands Road.
The black Holden Commodore was brought to a stop and the male driver was arrested.
