Woman Dies After Single Vehicle Crash At Molong

A woman had died, and two children have been taken to hospital following a crash near Molong yesterday.

About 11.30pm (Saturday 9 November 2024), emergency services were called to Banjo Patterson Way, Molong, following reports a car had crashed.

Officers attached to Central West Police District arrived to find a Toyota sedan had crashed trapping the occupants.

The driver, a 42-year-old woman, died at the scene.

The passengers, two boys aged 8 and 1, were treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being airlifted to Orange Hospital for further treatment.

A crime scene has been established and officers attached to Orana Mid-Western Police District are investigating the incident.
