It is understood the 55-year-old male driver and a passenger were ejected from the vehicle when it tipped backwards as they drove up a steep hill at about 3pm yesterday.
The driver suffered fatal head injuries and the other worker was seriously injured.
The death brings the workplace fatality toll to 52 for 2021.
