At its meeting of 10 May 2022, Council resolved to adopt administrative amendments to Contributions Plan No. 11 – Annangrove Road Employment Area (‘CP11’), Contributions Plan No. 15 – Box Hill Precinct (‘CP15’), Contributions Plan No. 16 – Box Hill North Precinct (‘CP16’) and Contributions Plan No. 17 – Castle Hill North (‘CP17’).
The amendments clarify the obligations of private certifiers in relation to the requirement and timing of payment of contributions for Complying Development Certificates (CDCs). The name of CP16 – “Box Hill North” has also been amended to CP16 – “Gables” and all references to “Box Hill North” in the Plan have been amended to “Gables” to reflect the name of the suburb. Further amendments update legislative references within the Plans.
The administrative amendments do not change the infrastructure schedules identified under the Contributions Plans or the value of contributions payable in association with development. The amendments are minor in nature and do not impact the status of CP15, CP16 and CP17 as IPART Reviewed Plans.
The amended Contributions Plans will come into force on Tuesday 17 May 2022 and will be available on the Development Contributions page on Council’s website.
