Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Andrew Murray.
The 43-year-old man is wanted on warrant for an assault related matter and breach of a court order.
Murray is Causcasian, bald, approximately 165cm tall with a solid build and tattoos on both sides of his neck.
He is known to frequent the Norlane and Corio area and is known to travel around on a bicycle.
Investigators have released an image of Murray in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
