Appeal for assistance to attempted murder at Morayfield

Detectives from the Moreton region are appealing for public assistance after a 52-year-old woman was shot at her Morayfield home on Wednesday November six.

Just after 10pm six people were seen attending the Hargrave Street address in two vehicles.

The woman was at home with her two children at the time.

She was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital for treatment of a serious but non-life-threatening injury.

One vehicle is described as a light-coloured SUV, the other, a small dark-coloured sedan which was seen parked on Cutler Court proceeding the incident.

Police are urging anyone who saw or heard anything or who has vision on Morayfield Road, Graham Road or Hargrave Street between 9.45pm and 10.30pm on the night to contact them.
