Police are investigating after the discovery of a body in Maryborough this afternoon.
Around 4:30pm officers were called to Woodstock Street following reports an unidentified male had been located in the water along the bank of a river.
Forensic officers and detectives from the Maryborough Criminal Investigation Branch are carrying out investigations to identify the deceased.
