Bass Coast Highway Patrol are investigating following a stolen car crashing into a tree in Foster this afternoon.
Investigators have been told a car struck a tree on the South Gippsland Highway about 12pm.
The unidentified driver of the vehicle, a man believed to be in his 20’s died at the scene.
