Detectives have released CCTV as investigations continue into two suspicious car fires in Sydney’s west earlier this year.
About 11pm on Tuesday 31 March 2026, emergency services were called to Cadda Ridge Drive, Caddens, following reports of two vehicles alight.
Officers attached to Nepean Police Area Command attended, alongside Fire and Rescue NSW, who found a grey Ford utility and a black Audi coupe fully engulfed in fire in the driveway of a home.
The fires were extinguished; however, the vehicles were significantly damaged.
There were no reports of any injuries.
Police established a crime scene and commenced investigation into the incident.
As inquiries are ongoing, police have released CCTV of a car seen travelling down Cadda Ridge Drive, Caddens at 10.50pm on Tuesday 31 March 2026.
The car depicted in the vision is described as a 2013 white Mitsubishi Lancer.
The driver depicted in the vision is described as female with long hair.
Police wish to speak with the driver, who they believe may assist with their inquiries.
