Residents and business operators in Cooma and surrounding areas are encouraged to attend a bush fire recovery meeting on Monday 24 February in the Cooma Multi-Function Centre.
A community BBQ will be held from 5pm with the recovery update commencing at 6pm.
Representatives from multiple disaster recovery agencies will deliver presentations, highlighting the types of recovery services available. The representatives will be on hand to assist with one-on-one questions and grant applications.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to discuss the bush fire recovery process with Snowy Monaro Local Recovery Officer Andrea Forsyth.
For those unable to attend, the meeting will be live-streamed on Snowy Monaro Regional Council’s Facebook page from 6pm.
