The Customer Service Centre at Bunjil Place has recently reopened and will remain cashless at this time.
Over the holiday period the Bunjil Place Customer Service Centre will operate with some slight changes to opening hours and services:
- Thursday 24 December: Customer Service Centre and call center will be open from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm.
- Friday 25 to Monday 28 December: Customer Service Centre and call center will be closed.
- Tuesday 29 to Thursday 31 December: the Customer Service at Bunjil Place will be closed, the call center will be available on 9705 5200 between 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.
- Friday 1 January: Customer Service Centre and call center will be closed.
- From Monday 4 January: Customer Service Centre will be open from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm and the call center will be open from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.
The Cranbourne Customer Service Centre remains temporarily closed.
