Police will prepare a report for the Coroner following the death of a man in Brighton last night.
A man was found unresponsive in water in the vicinity of Cole Street about 10.50pm.
The man, who is yet be formally identified, was found dead at the scene.
The exact circumstances surrounding the death are yet to be determined.
