A 31-year-old man from East Devonport has been charged with disorderly conduct and destroy property in the Devonport CBD area yesterday.
Around 1pm yesterday the man damaged six business properties in the vicinity of Stewart Street and the Rooke Street Mall in Devonport.
The man was arrested by police near the Rooke Street Mall without incident.
The man has been charged with Disorderly Conduct and Destroy Property x3 and was bailed to appear before the Devonport Court at a later date.
The cost of the damage is not yet known.
