Logan solo artist Rae Leigh and surf-rock band Wet Fish will make their debut Eats & Beats performances at the IKEA precinct in Slacks Creek on Friday, April 21.

They will be joined by Brisbane-based artist Hailey Calvert and the Sunshine Coast’s The Lyrical.

In addition to the musical entertainment, there will be more than 20 food trucks serving sweet and savoury dishes as well as activities for kids.

City Lifestyle Chair, Cr Laurie Koranski said Eats & Beats is always a fabulous night out.

“With emerging Queensland musical talent on show, along with the delicious offering from the food trucks and a heap of fun activities, there is something for everyone at the next Eats & Beats,” Cr Koranski said.

Division 3 Cr Mindy Russell is looking forward to welcoming the event back to Slacks Creek.

“I know Division 3 families will relish the opportunity to relax and unwind at Eats & Beats, which this time is in our backyard at the popular IKEA precinct.”

The IKEA precinct is at 3539-3565 Pacific Hwy, Slacks Creek.
