Police and fire crews are investigating a suspicious fire at Glenorchy this morning.
Sadly, the body of a person has been located inside the residence.
Authorities were called to the scene shortly before 7am, after a residence on Sander Street was reported to be fully alight.
Fire investigators and detectives remain at the property conducting a detailed examination, and a crime scene has been declared.
