Police are preparing a report for the coroner following a fatal shed fire at Modbury Heights.
Just after 6.30am on Sunday 4 July police and MFS were called to Currawong Crescent after reports a shed was on fire.
MFS extinguished the blaze and when searching the shed that was also being utilised as a granny flat they sadly located the body the occupant, a 73-year-old man.
Fire Cause investigators attended the scene and have deemed the fire non-suspicious.
