There are fewer than 2,000 tickets remaining for tonight’s blockbuster derby between AC Milan and Inter Milan at Optus Stadium, kicking off three Australian-exclusive matches as part of the Cook Labor Government’s Calcio Italiano Football Festival.
The biggest teams in Italian soccer will play three exhibition matches in Perth over the coming days, with last tickets available for tonight’s derby between AC Milan and Inter Milan at Optus Stadium.
Transperth will be there with the assist to get fans to and from each game. Tickets for all three games include travel on Transperth services for three hours before, during and after.
For tonight’s Milan Derby, frequent trains to Perth Stadium Station will leave Perth Station from 5.05pm, while regular Armadale and Thornlie-Cockburn line trains will stop at Stadium Station all day.
Fans are encouraged to plan ahead and leave early to avoid the peak hour rush.
The event bus network will operate for 45 minutes post-game.
A taste of Italy has also arrived in Perth, with Little Italy transforming Stadium Park into a vibrant celebration of Italian culture, food, entertainment, and football, creating a festival atmosphere during the Calcio Italiano match schedule.
The free festival, running from today until Sunday, is part of a program of fan activations and experiences designed around the Italian Football Festival to give locals and visitors more opportunities to experience Perth, support local businesses and boost the economy.
Fans can soak up the excitement pre and post-game with the festival running from 4pm until late.

“Our major events strategy is putting Perth on the map and this week adds to our momentum as the fastest-growing events destination in South East Asia.

“Milan-mania has taken over the city and we’re expecting a strong crowd for tonight’s derby between AC Milan and Inter Milan, including thousands of visitors.
“There are only 1,600 tickets left and Perth is the only city in the country where you can see the iconic Milano Derby, so don’t miss out.
“Beyond the field, make sure you get down to Little Italy Festival to soak up the incredible atmosphere and support local businesses.
“Bringing these major events to Perth boosts our local economy, supports local jobs and delivers unforgettable experiences for families and the next generation of young players.”
