The Chief Fire Control Officer, Bushfires NT and the Director, NT Fire andRescue Service have declared a 24HOUR FIRE BAN PERIODfor Monday 16 September 2019 for thefollowing areas.
DARWIN AND ADELAIDE RIVER FIRE WEATHER FORECASTAREAS.
The Fire Ban is declared for a 24 hourperiod commencing at 0000 hours on Monday 16 September 2019.
No person shall light a fire or cause a fire to be lit in the open in theportion of the Northern Territory within the fire ban areas.
This includes the DARWIN, BATCHELOR and ADELAIDE RIVER EMERGENCY RESPONSE AREAS and the LITCHFIELD MUNICIPALITY and COOMALIE SHIRE.
The Fire Ban is valid from midnight to midnight.
